The company provides financing for projects after obtaining a permit and/or committee approval, against the pledging of rights, collateral, and personal guarantees. Financing transactions for completing equity and senior debt in residential real estate in high-demand areas in Israel. Project support is provided in cooperation with an insurance company for issuing landowner guarantees and completion policies. We aim to support experienced, reliable, professional developers with a proven track record of completing and delivering projects. Support activities cover areas across the country with stable demand for residential real estate.

Real Estate Financing Terms

  • Minimum equity invested in the project.
  • Minimum expected profit in the project based on a zero report (initial feasibility study).
  • Financing will be provided with a weighted average maturity (WAM) not exceeding 2 years (and up to a maximum period of 52 months).
  • Financial credit of up to 65% of project costs through the company.
